Express Repair-Home	$5.95 /month	Service Assurance Basic includes 2nd business day coverage, 8 a.m. to 5 p.,m., Monday through Friday, $29.95 per on-site repair incident in addition to monthly fee. 30 days vesting period if not ordered at time of initial purchase. Normal turn around time for support is 3-7 business days.
